Kid’s world Nursery is a licensed by Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, Government of U.A.E, Sharjah.

At Kids World we offer a day long curriculum that gives self paced learning for every child; hence our classrooms are designed as learning and discovery corners. Playing, learning and enjoying every minute - that's the motto of 'Kid' - Kids World's mascot... that's exactly what our pre-school is all about!

A Nursery with a difference
Kids World Nursery is situated opposite Sharjah Cricket Stadium that stands aloud giving an impression of a child friendly and fun filled place.

The idea of Kids World Nursery was conceived many years ago but has been implemented over the years. The choice of toys, the books, the furniture and the syllabi all took lots of time for its Directress, Lovita to put these things together. From New York, London to India, Lovita kept collecting these items and also learning about ideal teaching tools with the sole aim of setting up her dream school.

Lovita, who is an Interior designer by profession but her keen interest in developing activities for children has lead her to enroll herself in the Modern Montessori course in London. Thereafter she started her preparedness for a prep school. Along with her friend she embarked on her plan to start a Nursery. It took her couple of months to identify a suitable place that actually meets the requirements of her dream school. This ultimately happened one fine morning when she spotted an advertisement in the news paper for this current villa that now houses the Kids World Nursery.

The moment she saw this place, she knew "this is her dream School" she was amazed, felt as though it was built for the very purpose of a prep school, so calm, a huge mango tree giving a lot of shade to the building. Lovita fell in love with it and in no time signed the lease.

The school building
Lovita says it gives you positive vibes and it fills the air with a happy atmosphere so says many people, it gives a warm welcome to visitors. Lush green with lot of open space for kids to move, run jostle and breathe lot of freshness and openness. The class room's are not just appropriate but have large windows and the interiors and the exteriors that are very child friendly. Lots of shade and the little animal farm that you cannot take your eyes off!

The Interiors
The colors that you see in the school were chosen with a view that kids should have a belonging and be in their own little world full of life and color. The painting and presentation of the school was mostly done by groups of children ranging from the age group 6yrs to 16yrs. They took over a month to complete the project, the office is also painted by kids, its different. They felt that being a school for kids it should be really different and if kids participated in the building up of the school it would look like a kids world.

The Furniture
Lovita worked with IKEA, as a project designer and therefore was well versed with the child friendly functional furniture. She felt that it would give a different dimension to the class room than that of the regular classrooms you see. The chairs, the tables and the other accessories whilst having vibrant colors also have the look and feel of tenderness and comfort.

The primary goal of our nursery program is to help each child reach their full potential in all areas of life. The holistic curriculum, under the direction of a specifically prepared carer, allows the child to experience the joy of learning, and ensures the development of self esteem.
